Invalid Username/Bad Password
What causes this error?
This error typically appears when you attempt to login to your account and either your username/password was typed incorrectly, your password has expired, or your account is locked.
Reset password:
The "Reset" operation will be necessary for the following circumstances:
- You have forgotten your current password or your current password is not working on any account.
- You have just activated your account (if this is the case, skip to step 5).
- An ITS technician has asked you to reset your password.
If you fall into any of these qualifications, continue following these instructions:
- Click on the "Reset" option.
- Enter your E# in the "CUI User ID" prompt (the domain can remain set to CUI) and click "Next".

Answer the prompted security questions. Keep in mind that you originally answered these questions when your account was first activated, so they may not reflect your current setting. These answers are not cAsE sEnsItIve, and the minimum requirement is 5 characters so you may have had to alter a shorter answer. When finished, click "Next".
