Enroll a CUI Apple device for ITS management
If there is a department device that has not been purchased by ITS, and there is approval to manage it through the ITS system on record in the ticket:
- Go to cui.jamfcloud.com/enroll, and have the user who will be in charge of the device login.
- When prompted, select personally owned, enter your CUI Managed Apple Account, then download the profile.
- Once the profile is installed, head to settings under the Apple Account menu, and open the prompt for the downloaded profile.
- More than likely, stolen device protection is enabled, so enable the security delay, and continue after that has completed.
- Tap on the profile, and install it and login to the managed Apple Account that you have been given.
- Once that is done, you should have a menu that looks similar to this inside of Settings -> General -> VPN & Device Management:
